Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Zuri Mondial, each purse is thoughtfully handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue
- Once approved, we will provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost, subject to availability
- If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Damaged packaging will not qualify for replacement.
Disclaimer
Our purses are handmade and intentionally crafted, which means slight variations in color, texture, bead placement, or finish are part of the design and not considered defects. These natural variations highlight the individuality and artistry of each Zuri Mondial piece.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Preference-based decisions (style, color, or design)
- Wear and tear or damage caused after delivery
- Items reported outside the 48-hour claim window
Shipping & Fees
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Zuri Mondial reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the conditions outlined above
How to Submit a Claim
Please contact support@zurimondial.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be honored.
